The Learning Partnership (TLP) can be described as a cross between an international consultancy specialised in Organisational Development and a virtual business school. Our mission is to deliver educational solutions that address organisational challenges.

We are owned by some of the world’s leading business thought leaders and academic faculty. Some of our owners include thought leaders such as CK Prahalad, John Stopford, Nitin Norhia, Jose de la Torre, Ingo Walter, Peter Williamson, David Bell, Jean-Claude Larréché, Yoko Ishikura, Vijay Govindarajan, Yves Doz, Raj Srivastava, and Philippe Haspeslagh.

Our owners play an active role by consulting and regularly participating in the educational programmes & solutions that we design and deliver. In addition, they ensure that we operate at the highest levels of academic excellence and deliver meaningful results to our clients.

This group of shareholders is complemented by our extensive and global network of Business School faculty and educators who have a proven track record of working successfully with executives.

We believe in what we do – and to achieve our mission of delivering educational solutions that address organisational challenges - we work in an open, flexible and collaborative fashion with our clients. Our aim is to develop solutions that are aligned with each client’s business challenges, operating environment and organisational culture.

Therefore, we focus much of our energy conducting a robust analysis that aims at gaining an in-depth understanding of each client’s management challenges and leadership culture. The goal of this ‘diagnostic analysis’ is to ensure that we fully understand the organisational context and are capable of creating a learning environment that enhances the participant experience and maximises the value of the intervention to the client organisation.
