Prabhu Guptara is Group Director, Organisational Learning and Transformation at the Union Bank of Switzerland and Chairman of ADVANCE Management Training Ltd (UK). Prabhu’s business & consultancy interests are extensive, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Personnel and Development, the Royal Commonwealth Society as well as visiting professor at various Universities and Business Schools, including North Western College & Harvard. Earlier roles include: a Governor of the Polytechnic of Central London, Member of the Council of the British Institute of Management, the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO) and of the Council of the Association for Management Education and Development (UK).

Selected Publications / Teachings: Guptara writes frequently for The Financial Times (UK) and other publications including articles in Gower Handbook of Management, Gower Handbook of Quality and the International Encyclopaedia of Business and Management (Routledge). He also contributes to radio and television in the UK and other countries (The Money Programme, Any Questions).
